Warranty coverage

Within the warranty coverage and warranty period, ASHIELD will replace or remove defective products without charge when a valid claim meets the warranty criteria.

Coverage includes qualifying yellowing, staining, cracking, blistering, and delaminating.

Required Proof and coverage areas

Customers should retain the warranty card and original receipt identifying the covered vehicle areas.

Remedy Authorized replacement

For valid claims, ASHIELD will have an authorized installer remove and reapply film to covered areas, including parts and labor.

Start with the installer, then contact ASHIELD.

Claims are reviewed against the warranty criteria. ASHIELD is responsible for determining claim validity and reserves the right to deny claims that do not meet the stated terms.

Contact the installerFirst attempt to contact the authorized ASHIELD installer who performed the installation.
Contact ASHIELD if neededIf the original authorized installer cannot be reached, contact ASHIELD support for the next step.
Prepare documentsRetain and submit the warranty card and a copy of the original receipt identifying the coverage areas.
Review and remedyFor valid claims, covered replacement is arranged through an authorized ASHIELD installer. Replacement of defective film is the exclusive remedy.
