ASHIELD Product Warranty

Coverage:

Ashield warrants that its protective paint film will not fade, discolor, crack, or bubble when installed according to the manufacturer’s recommended procedures. This warranty is non-transferable and valid only for the replacement of defective material.

Exclusions:

 The warranty does not cover defects resulting from improper installation, misuse, accidents, neglect, exposure to corrosive/abrasive materials, or direct impact from road debris. It also excludes issues such as peeling, installation bubbles, or misalignment, unless otherwise specified.

Claim Process:

 If Ashield film fails to meet warranty conditions during application, the purchaser may obtain a replacement at any authorized Ashield installation facility worldwide. Proof of purchase is required for any warranty claim. Purchasers must first contact their original installer for assistance. Limitations: 

The warranties and remedies deAshield’s liability under this warranty is limited to the replacement of defective film and shall not exceed the original purchase price. Authorized Ashield installers are not authorized to modify or extend this warranty in any manner. Ashield shall have the sole responsibility for determining the validity of all claims and reserves the right to deny any claims that do not meet the specified criteria. The replacement of defective film shall be the exclusive remedy; liability shall not extend to any incidental, consequential, or other damages.

Additional Terms:

The product must comply with all applicable state/provincial laws. Improper installation or interference with vehicle operation voids all warranties.This warranty does not cover vehicles used in racing, commercial fleets, delivery services, rentals, or other profit-driven activities.
